Helping hand

I want to know what she was reaching for. She looks sad, serious. Someone's hand to hold maybe? Maybe she was blessing someone. I love the detail in this picture from the super-wide aperture, and the dress, and its curves in the sculpture are wonderful.

Im sorry to say that the lack of contrast makes this one feel a little flat.

My bad for tone-mapping it; I thought a little HDR might improve it. The original does more contrast on the curves in the dress.

The tone is a *bit* flat, but the composition and detail makes up for it, IMHO. Nice shot!
